We are available to chat between the hours of 7am-10pm EST. Response time is the same day. Between the hours of 10pm - 7am EST you are welcome to send messages and you will get a response in the morning.

You will be charged for your service at the time of purchase. You may save the MPF phone number in your contacts. Once your 6 months is up, we will ask you if you would like to renew or cancel.

We are happy to share our knowledge and experiences with you, but as we are not doing complete history and physicals, we don’t have the tools we would need to provide treatment. We are more than happy to talk with you before your doctor visits or after to help think of questions to ask or to debrief and explain medical jargon.

For anyone who asks a question that we feel is not appropriate for us to answer, we will inform you right away, suggest and alternative and are happy to refund your purchase.
